This is Greek to me. I want to transfer files (pics, sounds, contacts, etc.) from an old Razr to my laptop via bluetooth. I bought the Kensington Bluetooth model ....any good and any hints? | | My PC is starting to fade...

So I knew I had a few dead pixels on my monitor and my mobo can only handle 1 gig of memory.....but now my DVD/CD drive sounds like a freaking jet engine taking off when I load a disk....and when I burn a disc it sounds like a bad tape recording off the radio when I play the CD elsewhere. My monitor has little wavy places here and there...like an old t.v. when the tuning is off a little..... Then I keep getting weird little lags here and there while using windows explorer to find stuff....
Here is what I have:
AMD Athlon XP3200+, MMX, 3DNow, ~2.2GHz
BIOS: Rev.3.11
Video: nVidia GeForce 6800 GT 256MB
RAM: 1GB DDR-SDRAM PC3200
HD: Western Digital 200GB ~ 7200rpm
Audio: SoundBlaster Live! 4.1 surround
DVD/CD RW: Lite-On SOHW-822S
Monitor: Sharp LL-172C-B
I guess I need to do a new build soon. Even though I'm financially better right now, I need to do a decent build for a lower buck..and I'll have to wait until January....since I am done for funds until then...at least...
And can one make their own web server?...like build a full tower and have it accessible anywhere on the web?....or is it cheaper/easier to pay someplace online.... Just looking for someplace to put stuff so I can get it where I am....
